General Policies
At The Salon & Company we recognize that cancellations may be the result of unavoidable circumstances, and we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our clients. However, as our stylists reserve time with their clients in advance, we do respectfully request that a minimum of 24 hours notice be granted when canceling an appointment. The Salon & Company reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees: $25 for regular scheduled services and $50 for color or extension services. This fee may be required prior to the advanced booking of any future appointments.
We love children; however we wish to provide a relaxed atmosphere for our clients who are receiving salon or spa services. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 7 are not permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled service.
Your promptness is appreciated. In order to serve you in a timely manner, if at all possible please arrive to appointments 5 minutes early. Arrival to appointments 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a convenience fee of $15.
We do not accept Personal checks. Payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are welcomed.
Our Guarantee
Our services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any service performed at the salon, please contact Va’nese or Keisha by phone at 919-349-1679. They will do their best to satisfy you. In most cases, in salon evaluations are necessary in order to determine appropriate action. Chemical services will not be guaranteed unless salon products are used for home hair care.
